Dirk Spacek is a partner and advises Swiss and international companies on complex issues at the intersection of technology, law and business, particularly regarding data-driven business models and regulatory matters. His extensive experience at international law firms and many in-house secondments has given him a deep understanding of global technology companies and their customers. Clients value him as a pragmatic and entrepreneurial advisor with a keen strategic perspective.
His expertise includes intellectual property law, regulation of digital platforms and media, entertainment, e-commerce, outsourcing, cloud and IT-system integration projects, data protection and cybersecurity. He also advises technology-oriented SMEs and startups on contract management (external legal services) and supports technology-related M&A transactions. Another focus is advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes. Dirk regularly represents clients before state courts and is a certified mediator with the ITDR (Institution for IT and Data Dispute Resolution).
