Beat Stalder is a Partner in the business areas of construction and real estate law as well as constitutional and administrative law. He advises companies and individuals in connection with planning and construction projects, as well as in the field of economic administrative law and health law, and represents them before authorities and courts. Beat Stalder also advises government and parliamentary bodies, prepares expert reports, and leads administrative investigations.
Beat Stalder is a lecturer in spatial planning, construction, and expropriation law at the University of Bern and also holds a teaching position at ETH Zurich. He regularly gives lectures and publishes on topics related to spatial planning and construction law.
With his many years of experience as a former administrative judge as well as a litigator and consulting lawyer, Beat Stalder can draw on particularly broad expertise.
