A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler has assisted Schaerer Medical, a manufacturer of premium mobile operating tables and specialised orthopaedic accessories, and its shareholder with respect to the sale of its business to Reinsberg Group, a European group of medical technology companies owned by Czechia-based investment firm BHM group.
Schaerer Medical, founded in 1892, is present in more than 75 countries through an international network of sales and service partners. Its product portfolio complements Reinsberg’s existing offering.
The further core team consisted of Valérie Berger, Senior Associate, Luca M. Henn, Associate, and Noah Mäder, Junior Associate.
