A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler with Valérie Berger, Senior Associate Corporate/M&A, as his deputy has assisted ASSEPRO, a leading Swiss insurance broker held by The Ardonagh Group, with respect to the acquisition of CONVIDA AG from its shareholders.
The transaction marks a further step in Assepro‘s continuous growth strategy and boosts its presence in the eastern part of Switzerland.
