A Wenger Plattner Team led by Dr. Oliver Künzler represented the shareholders of ALMAT AG in all legal matters relating to the sale of their shares to Alpstock AG.
ALMAT has operated successfully in the Swiss market for over 40 years, establishing itself as a leading supplier of emergency lighting and emergency power systems.
Ten years after their successful MBO, which was also advised by Oliver Künzler, this succession arrangement enables the previous owners, Michel Härtli and Bernhard Weber, to successfully hand over the business while ensuring its continuity. They will remain with the company and continue to play an active role on the Board of Directors.
