Newsletter 4/17: EU General Data Protection Regulation: Impact on Swiss Companies

Currently, numerous efforts are underway to adapt data protection laws to rapid technological developments. Among other things, the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) will apply in the EU from May 25, 2018. Although it is not directly applicable in Switzerland, many Swiss companies will be affected by its scope.
