Dr. Denise Jagmetti is a Senior Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency and in the Litigation practice group. She guides her clients through complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as all disputes relating to corporate and commercial law. Her longstanding role as a substitute judge at the Zurich Bankruptcy & Restructuring Court provides a valuable background.
Her expertise covers, among others, both domestic and cross-border insolvency cases. In situations of impending insolvency, she advises management and supervisory boards to identify relevant duties and avoid liability risks. Dr. Denise Jagmetti is an experienced litigator representing companies and individuals in court. She also has extensive experience regarding the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions in Switzerland.
Dr. Denise Jagmetti regularly publishes and lectures on topics related to insolvency and restructuring law. Her doctoral thesis on claw-back claims received multiple awards.
