Isaac Bergmann works as an Associate in the Construction and Real Estate Law team. He also contributes to the Insolvency and Restructuring Law team. He advises and represents clients in various areas of private and commercial law in both French and German before the courts.
In addition to his advisory and litigation activity, Isaac Bergmann regularly lectures on contractual and obligationnal law topics, in particular in the field of private construction law. He also serves as a paritary member of the conciliation authority for tenancy matters of the Canton of Neuchâtel, as well as in various boards and committes and in the family-owned construction business.
