Yannick Hostettler was awarded a Dr. iur. from the University of Basel last Saturday.

Yannick Hostettler, Senior Associate at the Basel office, was able to receive his doctoral degree certificate (Dr. iur.) with the distinction "summa cum laude" from the University of Basel last Saturday after passing his exam. The title of the dissertation awarded with this distinction is: "The Jurisdiction Agreement in Domestic and International Relations. A Contribution to the Delimitation of the Application Areas of Art. 23 LugÜ, Art. 5 IPRG and Art. 17 ZPO and an Analysis of Problems Related to the Blocking Effect of Lis Pendens".
