Wenger Plattner team advises WSD on the acquisition of Solvians

A team led by Oliver Künzler advised WSD, a software provider for structured products and a portfolio company of Bowmark Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in growth companies valued at up to 300 million pounds, on all Swiss legal aspects related to the acquisition of Solvians, a leading technology company based in Germany that focuses on market data and portals for the structured products industry.

The merger of the two companies creates a market-leading provider of software solutions for structured products with strong capabilities in document creation, workflow automation, data management, regulatory filings, and web-based portals.
