A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler has advised TVH Group, supported by 21 Invest France, on the acquisition of AGENTIL Group, an SAP integrator based in Switzerland.
Following last month's announcement of the acquisition of Augusta Reeves - SAP Global Partner (France, Switzerland), TVH Consulting is continuing its expansion in Switzerland with the acquisition of AGENTIL, a leading publisher and integrator of SAP Business One and SAP S/4HANA solutions. The transaction marks a strategic turning point in a market undergoing consolidation and positions the new group as a leader among SMEs, particularly with regard to the new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution in French-speaking Switzerland.
