AUDI AG ("AUDI") has selected Sauber as a strategic partner for its Formula 1 project and plans to acquire shares in the Sauber Group as part of this process.
AUDI AG ("AUDI") has selected Sauber as a strategic partner for its Formula 1 project and plans to acquire shares in the Sauber Group as part of this initiative. The Swiss traditional racing team will start as an AUDI works team in Formula 1 from the 2026 season.
Wenger Plattner advised AUDI on all legal aspects regarding this collaboration and the acquisition of shares.
