We are delighted to welcome Dr. Martina Braun and Dr. Denise Jagmetti to our partnership, effective 1 January 2026.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Martina Braun and Dr. Denise Jagmetti will join our partnership, effective 1 January 2026. Both have many years of experience and extensive expertise in their respective fields. With their commitment and competence, they will significantly strengthen our firm. Their appointment represents an important step in the continuous development of Wenger Plattner – ensuring first-class advice and sustainable success for our clients.

Dr. Martina Braun

Dr. Martina Braun is a member of the practice groups IP, IT & Data Protection as well as Sports Law. She advises national and international companies and start-ups, as well as associations, foundations and private individuals comprehensively on contractual matters and represents them in complex negotiations.

Her focus lies in copyright, trademark, personality and data protection law. She has extensive experience in the commercialization of intangible assets and specializes particularly in licensing and sponsorship agreements in the sports and entertainment industries.

She has written a dissertation on copyright law and deepened her expertise in sports law by completing the CAS International Sports Law program. Dr. Martina Braun also publishes regularly articles on intellectual property law and is active in professional organisations.

Dr. Denise Jagmetti

Dr. Denise Jagmetti is a partner in the Insolvency & Restructuring and in the Litigation practice groups. She navigates her clients through complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings as well as all disputes relating to corporate and commercial law. Her longstanding role as a substitute judge at the Zurich Bankruptcy & Restructuring Court provides a valuable background.

Her expertise covers both national and cross-border insolvency cases. Dr. Denise Jagmetti is an experienced litigator representing companies and individuals in court. She also has extensive experience regarding the recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions.

Dr. Denise Jagmetti regularly publishes and lectures on topics related to insolvency law. Her doctoral thesis on claw-back claims has received multiple awards.
