New Partner at Wenger Plattner

We are pleased to announce that Michael A. Schifferli, attorney-at-law, has been admitted to our partnership as of July 1, 2024.

Michael Schifferli is a partner in the Practice Groups Litigation & Arbitration and Private Clients. As an experienced litigator, he represents private clients and companies before state courts and international arbitration tribunals both domestically and abroad. He also serves as an arbitrator.

His expertise includes complex contract, commercial, and trade disputes under Swiss law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, corporate and post-M&A disputes, as well as disputes with banks.

Michael Schifferli advises and represents private clients particularly in matters of succession planning and inheritance disputes. His international network enables him to consider all aspects of cross-border case handling. He also has expertise in association and foundation law.

Michael Schifferli advises clients in Bern and Zurich.
