The administrators Dr. Fritz Rothenbühler and Pablo Duc, with the support of their team, were able to implement a rescue solution for Nyco Flexible Packaging GmbH in debt restructuring.
The trustees Dr. Fritz Rothenbühler and Pablo Duc, with the support of their team (Lukas Graf and Cristina Solo de Zaldívar as well as Céline Althaus and Kaspar Arn), were able to realize a rescue solution for Nyco Flexible Packaging GmbH during its debt restructuring: Nyco Kirchberg AG, led by Hans-Ulrich Müller, takes over the operation and all employees as part of an asset deal.
