Insolvency and Restructuring

We draw on our many years of experience as administrators, liquidators and special bankruptcy administrators in complex proceedings, including bank bankruptcies. Our team has a wide range of expertise and can analyse crisis situations quickly and cost-effectively. In the race against time, we develop easy-to-implement solutions for creditors or debtors and help our clients in achieving these solutions with optimal economic results.

Enforcement

On behalf of national and international creditors, we enforce domestic and foreign judgments against debtors domiciled, resident or with assets in Switzerland, either through attachment or through debt collection proceedings.

Insolvency Proceedings and Bankruptcy

In insolvency proceedings and bankruptcies – including bank bankruptcies – we act as administrators, liquidators, special bankruptcy administrators or members of creditors' committees. We conduct actions to contest schedules of claims, avoidance actions and liability actions. We assist foreign insolvency administrators in extending foreign insolvency proceedings to Switzerland and in realising assets located here.

Restructuring

For debtors in financial distress, we develop restructuring concepts and assist in their implementation. We negotiate with key creditors (financial lenders, employees, or suppliers) and advise on M&A transactions in crisis situations. Additionally, we support the management bodies (board of directors and management) during the crisis.
